WHAT A VERSONA IS
One authorized identity, responding in context.
A Versona brings together a person’s approved source material and their way of communicating, then responds in context. A physician’s Versona can explain an approved care instruction the way that physician would. A university’s Versona can walk a student through enrollment in the institution’s own voice. In every case, the person on the other side knows they are speaking with AI.
WHY RELATIONSHIPS MATTER
People do not have one universal personality.
We speak differently to a patient, a colleague, a family member, and a public audience. Generic AI flattens those differences. YOV’s approach is built around them, because that difference is often what makes communication feel trustworthy in the first place.
OUR PRINCIPLES
Four principles that guide our work.
01
Authorized identity
We build Versonas of people and institutions who have given permission, or whose authorized representatives have.
02
Relevant source material
Each Versona draws on information selected for its purpose, not everything that exists.
03
Clear AI disclosure
Every experience identifies itself as an AI representation.
04
Human responsibility
Where judgment, care, or accountability is required, qualified people decide.
These are design principles. The specific controls behind each one, such as review steps, escalation paths, and data handling, are defined with each partner for each deployment.
HOW IT FITS TOGETHER
From approved knowledge to the right people.
Explanatory model, not a certified architecture diagram.
STEP 1
Authorized source material
Approved writing, recordings, guidance, and knowledge.
STEP 2
Persona and context
Identity, communication style, and the relationship being served.
STEP 3
Conversation
A clearly labeled AI exchange by text, voice, or video, as the project requires.
STEP 4
Application workflow
Summaries, handoffs, and insights delivered to the right people.
BUILT TO WORK ALONGSIDE WHAT YOU HAVE
Complementary by design.
YOV’s work is designed to complement existing AI models, avatar and video tools, and organizational systems. We choose components for each project on its merits. Using a vendor’s service does not make that vendor a partner, and we name partners only when a formal partnership exists.
